Richard W. Carr, P.E. has devoted many years to engineering services in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area. He is a committed, careful, and skilled engineer who brings dedication and quality to every project. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Rick enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Benjamin R. Mason, P.E.

Benjamin R. Mason, P.E. worked with Rick’s civil engineering firm part time before spending over 10 years in construction management. He now joins Rick as a Professional Engineer to form Mason Carr Civil Engineering, LLC. Benjamin received a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky. He is a dependable, skilled engineer, who prioritizes relationship building and accuracy. Benjamin enjoys farming, kayaking, learning and implementing sustainable living practices, and spending time with his wife and seven children.
